National Medical Freedom Act
Co-Authored with Stand For Health Freedom
Status: Seeking a Sponsor
This bill prohibits any United States business, hospital, medical establishment, or school from requiring another person to receive a medical intervention. This bill makes it a discriminatory action to treat a person differently who has not received or used a medical intervention. Such discriminatory behavior includes denying access to medical care, surgeries, or prenatal care, or denying access to education (e.g. K-12 or higher education).
Stop Playing God Act:
Co-Authored with Stand For Health Freedom
Status: Seeking a Sponsor
A Bill to immediately halt all United States (U.S.) funded “gain-of-function” research, which includes any research that seeks to modify or enhance the virulence of wild-type viruses, bacteria, parasites or any other type of genetic material or organism. This bill also immediately stops the administration of all genetically engineered vaccines in the U.S. due to the unprecedented volume of reported deaths, miscarriages, and cardiac/heart injuries to the population following administration of novel mRNA and DNA Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines between 2021 - 2025. This bill codifies into law President Trump's Executive Order 14147, “Improving the Safety and Security of Biological Research”, which included provisions to restrict funding for dangerous gain-of-function research abroad, particularly in countries of concern.
COVID-19 Vaccine Federal Worker Reinstatement and Accountability Act
Status: Sponsored in part by Rep. Onder (MO)
This bill provides compensation and reinstatement options for federal employees forced to resign (or fired) due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. This bill also provides compensation to employees that had pay withheld (for years) and/or suffered other medical and religious discriminatory actions.
Genetically Engineered Vaccine Cessation Act
Status: Seeking a Sponsor
This bill seeks to halt the administration of all genetically engineered mRNA and DNA vaccines due to the unprecedented health risks (including death and heart injuries) and the resulting national security concerns posed by these vaccines due to widespread vaccination injuries in the military. Because of thousands of deaths reported to CDC from novel COVID-19 vaccines, scientific data indicates that mRNA and DNA gene therapeutics are not viable for vaccine delivery.
