The Press Found the Counter Espionage Story
It took them two days.

Within 48 hours of F4F announcing its support for the class action against the CIA, the story was in the Daily Caller, the Epoch Times, WND, and the Western Journal. The Agency declined to comment. It still has not explained under what authority it did this.
Attention F4F friends, supporters, and members — the CIA story travelled.
On 30 June 2026 we announced our support for a class action filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia under the Administrative Procedure Act, alleging the Agency turned its Counter Espionage Department loose on employees and contractors who did not take the COVID-19 vaccine. The docket is Doe et al. v. Ratcliffe, No. 1:26-cv-01912 (E.D. Va.), filed 30 June 2026.
Within two days it was everywhere. Zachary Stieber broke it at the Epoch Times on filing day. Emily Kopp of the Daily Caller News Foundation reported it on 02 July, and her piece syndicated to WND, the Western Journal, OpsLens and a dozen aggregators.
The reporting adds a detail worth holding onto: the investigations were surfaced in 2025 by the ODNI task force. Nobody was fired over them. The files just sit there, permanently, available to the Agency "for any reason it deems necessary."
Our Executive Director put it plainly to WND: when an agency uses national security tools to punish the personal medical choices of its own people, it is agency leadership — not the employee — who crossed the line.
The CIA declined to comment. It has still never named the authority.
